2026 review

Adam Frazier played a part-time, injury-shortened season for LAA, hitting .240/.315/.349 with a 26.5 K% and a 7.5 BB% over 147 PA across 66 games and 34 starts, adding 9 2B, 1 3B, 1 HR and 3 SB. He signed a minor league contract Feb 16 and had his contract selected Mar 25, then right elbow inflammation put him on the 10-day IL Jun 8, retroactive to Jun 6; after rehab assignments he was activated Aug 4, missing 59 regular-season days. Drafted at NFBC ADP rank 1111, he finished 1136th of 1472 in the TDK LABS 5x5 value rank, 402nd of 660 hitters and 49th of 75 second basemen. His .293 wOBA ran 28 points above his .265 xwOBA over 147 PA. The TDK LABS card had his role collapsing in early May as he sat against right-handers while another player moved up the order, described him in late Sep as capped by sporadic playing time and a platoon setup, and by Sep 27 was framing his output as ahead of the quality of contact behind it.
