2026 review

Alex Freeland hit .234 with a .325 SLG in 231 AB for LAD, adding a .327 OBP over 269 PA across 89 games and 69 starts, with 4 HR and 4 SB. He posted a 27.5 K% and an 11.9 BB% over 269 PA. He shuttled between the majors and the minors on May 11, May 27, Jul 28, Sep 1 and Sep 25. Drafted at NFBC ADP rank 1267, he finished 944th of 1472 in the TDK LABS 5x5 value rank and 38th of 75 second basemen. He started 54 of 62 games in Mar-Jun and 15 of 27 in Jul-Sep. The TDK LABS card had him back as extra infield depth in early Jul with the role thinned and contact quiet, and by late Sep it had him losing reps to a returning veteran despite recent power and contact.
