Austin VothTOR · MIN · RP

2026 review

Austin Voth bounced between organizations without ever holding a job for long: he posted a 9.90 ERA and 2.50 WHIP in 10.0 IP across 3 games, a 5.4 K% and a 10.7 BB% over 56 BF between TOR and MIN. He signed a minor league deal with TOR Mar 25, had his contract selected Apr 5, was designated for assignment Apr 6, and was outrighted Apr 9; a second TOR selection May 27 ended in another DFA May 30 and free agency Jun 1. He signed with MIN Jun 4, had that contract selected Jun 23, then was designated for assignment Jun 24 and outrighted Jun 26 before signing with TEX Jul 2. Undrafted in NFBC drafts, he finished 1067th of 1472 in the TDK LABS 5x5 value rank and 527th of 575 relief pitchers. The TDK LABS card tracked the churn as it happened: late May it called his selection bullpen-protection depth rather than a rotation return, days later it noted the DFA after the line cratered, and by mid-Jun it had him back on the open market again with no clear fantasy path.
