Undrafted in NFBC drafts, he finished 392nd of 1472 in the TDK LABS 5x5 value rank, 104th of 575 relievers. His 27.0 Hard% over 200 BBE was the 43rd lowest of 517 pitchers with 100+ BF, and his 3.74 ERA ran 0.54 above his 3.20 xERA over 282 BF. Right-handed batters hit just .261/.299/.307 over 169 PA against him, while lefties hit .292/.364/.458 over 114 PA. His best month was Apr at a 0.00 ERA in 11.2 IP, his worst Sep at a 6.97 ERA in 10.1 IP. The TDK LABS card had him in early May as a bullpen-day bridge rather than a leverage arm, by mid-Aug as a leverage arm who had grabbed a save without a guaranteed ninth, and by late Sep as part of a committee closer arrangement with recent heavy usage trimming his near-term availability.
