Charles McAdoo was a part-time bench piece for TOR who saw the field in spurts: he hit .258/.302/.392 with a 23.6 K% and a 6.6 BB% over 106 PA across 36 games, adding 3 HR and 12 R. His contract was selected May 28, he was optioned Jun 20, and he was recalled Aug 10, with his usage climbing from 8 PA in May and 17 in Jun to 54 in Aug once he was back up. Undrafted in NFBC drafts, he finished 1139th of 1472 in the TDK LABS 5x5 value rank, and 41st of 65 first basemen. His .303 wOBA ran 14 points above his .289 xwOBA over 106 PA. The TDK LABS card had him as a sparingly-used bench piece in late May, but by late Aug it had him drawing regular starts while covering first base for Guerrero, and by late Sep it was back to describing him as a spot player working through an extended cold streak with minimal plate chances.
