His 4.81 ERA ran 0.94 above his 3.87 xERA over 150 BF. By late Aug the TDK LABS card had him nearly ready off a rehab assignment, and by early Sep it had him back as extra bullpen depth covering a bereavement absence, working low-stakes relief innings without a share of the saves or holds.
