2026 review

Christian Yelich spent the year as Milwaukee's designated hitter, hitting .235/.315/.378 in 442 AB with 12 HR, 69 R and 59 RBI, a 27.0 K% and a 9.8 BB% over 500 PA across 118 games and 107 starts. A left groin strain sent him to the 10-day IL on Apr 14, retroactive to Apr 13, and he was activated May 12 after missing 29 regular-season days. Drafted at NFBC ADP rank 129, he finished 188th of 1472 in the TDK LABS 5x5 value rank, 59 spots below, and 9th of 46 designated hitters. By late Aug the TDK LABS card had him heating up after a monthly lull, by mid-Sep it had him as an everyday designated hitter producing well, and by late Sep it had him settling into a part-time role against right-handers after another cold stretch.
