2026 review

Connor Norby split his season between Miami and Colorado, hitting .243/.342/.377 with a 28.2 K% and a 10.4 BB% over 383 PA, adding 23 2B, 7 HR and 10 SB across 105 games and 94 starts. He was optioned by Miami on Jun 25, then traded to Colorado on Aug 3 and recalled there Aug 10, with his last game for Miami Jun 23 and first for Colorado Aug 11. Drafted at NFBC ADP rank 371, he finished 477th of 1472 overall in the TDK LABS 5x5 value rank, 106 spots below his ADP rank, and 37th of 65 first basemen. His .323 wOBA ran 13 points above his .310 xwOBA over 383 PA, and his season swung hard by month, a .309 AVG in 68 AB in Sep against just .184 in 76 AB in May. The TDK LABS card tracked that swing: in early May it had him stepping into a spot off a late scratch and swiping his first bases of the season, and by late Sep it had him closing a quiet summer with a hot stretch of volume playing time in a utility role.
