2026 review

Dax Fulton spent the year bouncing through MIA's bullpen shuttle without ever holding a settled role, posting a 3.77 ERA and 1.33 WHIP in 28.2 IP over 16 games, with a 23.8 K% and a 12.3 BB% over 122 BF, good for 2 W and 0 SV. MIA optioned him Mar 8, recalled him May 6, optioned him back the next day, then shuttled him between the majors and the minors on Jun 16, Jun 24, Jul 12, Aug 3 and Aug 25. Drafted at NFBC ADP rank 557, he finished 568th of 1472 in the TDK LABS 5x5 value rank, 306th of 811 pitchers and 221st of 575 relievers. The TDK LABS card tracked him as a bullpen fill piece throughout: in mid-May it had him as a one-game plug after his debut, by mid-Jul a depth recall, by Sep 1 a long reliever brought up to cover an absence for another reliever with no defined role in an unsettled pen and only a handful of recent innings, and by late Sep still a reliever working in short bursts without a steady spot in the pen.
