Traded to COL on Jan 28, he hit .208/.322/.292 in 236 AB with 3 HR, 5 SB and 39 BB against 71 SO across 88 games for COL, then was designated for assignment Aug 11 and outrighted Aug 13. Drafted at NFBC ADP rank 1055, he finished 991st of 1472 in the TDK LABS 5x5 value rank, 346th of 660 hitters and 42nd of 75 second basemen. His .287 wOBA ran 51 points below his .338 xwOBA over 276 PA, and his best month was Apr at .324 in 71 AB against just .082 in 61 AB in May. The TDK LABS card had him as an everyday keystone against right-handers as of May 8, but by mid-Jul it had him benched regularly, and by late Jul it described him as a platoon-limited infielder whose underlying numbers still looked better than his results.
