Francisco LindorNYM · SS
2026 review
Francisco Lindor was a power-driven shortstop who battled a long injury layoff: he hit .225/.309/.423 with a 20.3 K% and a 9.8 BB% over 469 PA in 105 games, with 21 HR, 63 R and 49 RBI, and his 49.5 HardHit% over 323 BBE was the 25th highest of 267 hitters with 300+ PA. A left calf strain sent him to the 10-day IL Apr 23; he took rehab assignments Jun 19 and Jun 21 before returning Jun 24, missing 62 regular-season days. He hit .226 over 93 AB before the stint and .225 over 325 AB after. Drafted at NFBC ADP rank 21, he finished 249th of 1472 in the TDK LABS 5x5 value rank, 228 spots below, and 20th of 61 shortstops. The TDK LABS card in early May had him without a live at-bat track and pointed to a June return, by early Jul called him an elite shortstop ramping up after a calf layoff with shaky contact, by early Aug said his expected hitting outpaced his production during a hot stretch, and by late Sep described a slide with his speed profile and lead-off role still intact.
