Hunter DobbinsSTL · SP

2026 review

Hunter Dobbins was a shuttle-duty starter for STL, working 54.0 IP with a 3.67 ERA and 1.35 WHIP over 8 starts and 11 games, a 22.5 K% and a 10.4 BB% over 231 BF, with 3 W, 3 L and a 1 SV mixed in. He opened the year on the 15-day IL retroactive to Mar 22 for a right knee ACL reconstruction rehab, took a rehab assignment Mar 31, and was activated Apr 30 before he was shuttled between the majors and the minors on May 1, May 31, Jun 12, Jul 7, Jul 8, Jul 22, Jul 28 and Aug 3. He went back on the 15-day IL Aug 22 for right forearm tightness, and across the 2 stints missed 72 regular-season days. Drafted at NFBC ADP rank 1158, an occasional pick, he finished 600th of 1472 overall in the TDK LABS 5x5 value rank and 92nd of 236 SP. The TDK LABS card followed the swings: by mid-Jun it had him back in the rotation mostly on the strength of a soft matchup draw, and by late Sep it had him sidelined for an extended recovery.
