Isiah Kiner-FalefaBOS · 2B/3B/SS
2026 review
Isiah Kiner-Falefa was a limited-playing-time infielder whose season got cut short: he hit .242/.322/.311 with a 14.8 K% and a 10.4 BB% over 183 PA for BOS, adding 8 SB in 66 games. Signed as a free agent Feb 10, he went on the 10-day IL Jun 20, retroactive to Jun 19, for left forearm inflammation, was transferred to the 60-day IL Aug 11, took a rehab assignment Aug 19, and was activated Sep 1 after missing 74 regular-season days. Drafted at NFBC ADP rank 1159, he finished 1001st of 1472 in the TDK LABS 5x5 value rank, 158 spots above, and 43rd of 75 second basemen. By early Sep the TDK LABS card had him back from the long forearm stint as a roster move covering a teammate's absence, a part-time role with strong results against right-handers and a chance at more playing time; by late Sep it had him as a backup seeing sporadic time with recent cold production.
