2026 review
Jackson Holliday was BAL's second baseman when healthy, hitting .229/.300/.340 with 7 HR, 30 RBI, 8 SB and a 23.7 K% and 9.6 BB% over 354 PA across 98 games. A right hamate surgery put him on the 10-day IL Mar 25, retroactive to Mar 22; he worked through several rehab assignments before he was activated May 18, missing 54 regular-season days. He played to 39 PA in May, 75 in Jun, 74 in Jul and 116 in Aug before a left wrist inflammation sent him back to the 10-day IL Sep 16, retroactive to Sep 15, with no activation on record through Sep 27 and 12 more days missed. Drafted at NFBC ADP rank 166 and taken in 674 of 674 drafts, he finished 519th of 1472 in the TDK LABS 5x5 value rank, 353 spots below his ADP rank, 256th of 660 hitters and 31st of 75 second basemen. The TDK LABS card tracked the swings: on May 20 it had him back in the lineup but hitting further down the order after the hamate surgery, by Jul 25 it still liked him as a volume play despite a recent cold stretch, and by late Sep it had him done for the year after a wrist injury that needed surgery.
