Jackson JobeDET · SP

2026 review

Jackson Jobe made 9 starts for DET, going 3 W and 3 L with a 3.91 ERA and 1.17 WHIP in 46.0 IP, a 26.4 K% and an 8.3 BB% over 193 BF. He opened the year on the 60-day IL from Feb 10 recovering from Tommy John surgery, took rehab assignments in Jul and early Aug, was activated Aug 7 and missed 135 regular-season days. Drafted at NFBC ADP rank 715, he finished 463rd of 1472 in the TDK LABS 5x5 value rank, 215th of 811 pitchers and 70th of 236 starting pitchers. The TDK LABS card had him on modest pitch limits with the stuff still looking sharp once he was activated in early Aug, then flagged a wide gap between his results and his underlying metrics by late Aug, and by late Sep it was describing sharp strikeout stretches even as an added pitch drew some caution about his ceiling.
