Jacob MisiorowskiMIL · SP
2026 review
Jacob Misiorowski was as dominant as a young starter gets, a strikeout arm with the command to match it: 174.2 IP over 30 starts and 30 games, a 1.80 ERA and 0.80 WHIP, a 37.9 K% and a 6.6 BB% over 665 BF, and 16 W against 5 L. His 37.9 K% over 665 BF was the 2nd highest of 517 pitchers with 100+ BF, and his 17.6 SwStr% and 33.9 CSW% over 2649 pitches were the 4th and 5th highest of 517 pitchers with 100+ BF. Drafted at NFBC ADP rank 123, taken in nearly every draft, he finished 2nd of 1472 overall in the TDK LABS 5x5 value rank, 121 spots above his ADP rank, and 1st of 236 SP. His 1.80 ERA ran 0.33 below his 2.13 xERA over 665 BF. Left-handed hitters managed just .114/.189/.189 against him over 367 PA, while right-handers did better at .209/.268/.314 over 299 PA. May was his best month at a 0.23 ERA in 38.1 IP, against a 3.58 ERA in 27.2 IP in Apr. The TDK LABS card tracked the rise: in early May it noted he'd left a start with cramping while still rating his fastball shape among the league's best, and by late Sep it was calling him an elite young pitcher with standout strikeout stuff.
