Minnesota designated him for assignment Jun 6, Detroit claimed him off waivers Jun 11, and after a concussion sent him to the 7-day IL on Aug 13 and a rehab assignment, he was designated for assignment again Aug 23 and outrighted Aug 25, missing 10 regular-season days along the way.
