Jonathan Aranda was a steady everyday first baseman for TBR, hitting .274/.358/.434 with a 24.4 K% and a 10.3 BB% over 668 PA, going deep 22 times with 27 doubles, 73 runs and 92 RBI across 155 games. Drafted at NFBC ADP rank 184, he finished 59th of 1472 overall in the TDK LABS 5x5 value rank, 125 spots above, and 9th of 65 first basemen. He hit right-handers much better, .283/.365/.470 over 479 PA, against .250/.337/.341 over 190 PA versus lefties, and his best month was May at .374 in 91 AB against just .191 in 89 AB in Apr. The TDK LABS card tracked the rise: by mid Jul it had him in a sustained hot streak with strong plate discipline, by late Aug it called him the quiet everyday first baseman, and by late Sep it had him running hot again.
