Jordan WicksCHC · SP

2026 review

Jordan Wicks barely got a foothold in 2026, making just 4 appearances for CHC, 2 of them starts, and posting a 10.45 ERA and a 1.94 WHIP in 10.1 IP, with a 16.0 K% and a 4.0 BB% over 50 BF, 1 HR allowed and 2 SV mixed in among 12 ER. Drafted at NFBC ADP rank 942 and taken in 45 of 674 drafts, he finished 970th of 1472 in the TDK LABS 5x5 value rank, 630th of 811 pitchers and 144th of 236 starting pitchers. Left elbow inflammation put him on the 15-day IL Mar 25, retroactive to Mar 22, and he took a rehab assignment Apr 18 before being activated May 15, missing 51 regular-season days. From there it was a shuttle, optioned the same day he was activated, recalled May 24, optioned Jun 2, recalled Jun 28, optioned Jul 2, with 2 games and 6.1 IP in May, then 1 game apiece in Jun and Jul for 1.0 IP and 3.0 IP. The TDK LABS card tracked the churn: in late May it had him back with the club and rotation-eligible, by early Jun it had him optioned with the ratios from his look called ugly, and by Jun 30 it had him back up picking up a save behind an opener.
