José FrancoCIN · RP

2026 review

José Franco was a reliever who battled command all year: a 4.43 ERA and 1.72 WHIP in 20.1 IP over 10 games for CIN, with a 16.1 K% and a 17.2 BB% over 93 BF. He shuttled between the majors and the minors on Mar 6, Mar 25, Apr 10, Apr 25, May 8, May 17, May 23, Jul 28 and Jul 29, and his last appearance came Jul 28. Taken in 5 of 674 drafts at ADP rank 702, a rare pick, he finished 856th of 1472 in the TDK LABS 5x5 value rank, and 418th of 575 relievers. The TDK LABS card had him pegged as serviceable Reds depth in early May, then by late Jul was calling him day-to-day after an early exit before he was optioned.
