Across 44 games and 1 start he posted a 1.34 WHIP in 45.2 IP, striking out 58 with a 29.3 K% and an 11.6 BB% over 198 BF, plus 4 W, 1 L, 1 SV, 9 HLD and 2 BS. He shuttled between LAD and the minors all season, optioned and recalled on Mar 17, Apr 13, Jul 11, Jul 19, Jul 20, Aug 1, Aug 10, Aug 16, Sep 5, Sep 20 and Sep 23. Undrafted in NFBC drafts, he finished 510th of 1472 in the TDK LABS 5x5 value rank and 176th of 575 relief pitchers. The TDK LABS card in late Jun had him as a leverage arm with no save path, in early Aug read him as bullpen depth after another recall, and by late Sep, following his latest recall, still described him as buried in a crowded relief corps despite strong underlying numbers.
