His best month was May at .260 over 73 AB and his worst was Jul at .141 over 71 AB. The TDK LABS card described a hard platoon in early May with another first baseman drawing starts against lefties, then a big power game later that month with the platoon still confirmed even against some righties, then by mid Jul a slump phase said to mask contact improvements, and by his final game it had him flashing power over a hot recent stretch while a shared first base mix with other first basemen capped his playing time.
