Michael FulmerLAA · NYY · RP

2026 review

Michael Fulmer was a journeyman bullpen arm who moved across organizations before landing in late relief: across LAA and NYY he posted a 3.29 ERA and 1.39 WHIP in 13.2 IP, a 29.5 K% and a 13.1 BB% over 61 BF, with 2 HLD in 15 games. He signed a minor league contract with SFG on Feb 4, signed another with LAA on Aug 11, had his contract selected Aug 15, was designated for assignment Aug 23, was outrighted Aug 25, and signed as a free agent with NYY on Aug 26. Drafted at NFBC ADP rank 580, he finished 617th of 1472 in the TDK LABS 5x5 value rank, 345th of 811 pitchers and 253rd of 575 relievers. He threw 6.1 IP over 6 games in Aug and 7.1 IP over 9 games in Sep. The TDK LABS card had him as bullpen depth pulled up from the minors with no set save or hold role when LAA selected him in mid-Aug, then by mid-Sep noted he was back with the Yankees on a late contract, and by late Sep read him as a middle-relief arm without a leverage spot.
