2026 review

Osvaldo Bido was a journeyman reliever bounced around waivers all year, posting a 6.27 ERA and 1.34 WHIP in 18.2 IP, with a 13.6 K% and a 12.3 BB% over 81 BF for ATL and CHW. He was designated for assignment and claimed off waivers repeatedly before the season even started, then claimed by ATL on Mar 24, designated for assignment Apr 16, claimed by CHW Apr 18, and designated for assignment again May 8 before being outrighted May 9. Taken in just 18 of 674 drafts, a rare pick rather than a regular draftee, he finished 736th of 1472 overall in the TDK LABS 5x5 value rank and 338th of 575 relievers. By late May the TDK LABS card had him outrighted off the 40-man in a depth shuffle, and soon after it had him released and no longer appearing on any MLB roster.
