2026 review

Rob Refsnyder was a limited-time SEA DH whose season kept getting interrupted: he hit .140/.211/.254 with a 28.7 K% and a 6.2 BB% over 129 PA in 53 games, adding 4 HR, 9 R and 11 RBI. He went on the paternity list Apr 14 and was activated Apr 17, then a right knee inflammation sent him to the 10-day IL Jun 29 (retroactive to Jun 27); he took a rehab assignment Jul 18, was activated Jul 28, and was released Aug 4, missing 31 regular-season days in that one stint. Drafted at NFBC ADP rank 1170, he finished 1312th of 1472 overall in the TDK LABS 5x5 value rank and 37th of 46 DH. His .207 wOBA ran 48 points below his .255 xwOBA over 129 PA. The TDK LABS card followed the swing: in early May it had him leading off as SEA's strong-side platoon piece against left-handed pitching, then by mid-to-late Jul it had him on the injured list with the knee, and by early Aug, freshly back from the month away, it noted solid recent contact.
