2026 review
Ryan Feltner struggled as COL's starter before closing the year in relief, posting a 5.40 ERA and 1.51 WHIP in 123.1 IP over 22 GS in 26 games, with a 16.8 K% and 9.7 BB% over 548 BF, 20 HR allowed, and a 7-10 record. Right ulnar nerve inflammation put him on the 15-day IL Apr 24, and he was activated May 30 after missing 36 regular-season days. Drafted at NFBC ADP rank 838, he finished 1456th of 1472 in the TDK LABS 5x5 value rank and 223rd of 236 starting pitchers. His 5.40 ERA ran 0.51 above his 4.89 xERA over 548 BF, and he ran a 6.30 ERA in 20.0 IP before the IL stint against a 5.23 ERA in 103.1 IP after activation. Once he moved to the bullpen on Sep 15 things settled, a 0.77 ERA in 11.2 IP over 3 games after a 5.88 ERA in 111.2 IP over 22 GS as a starter. His best month was Sep at a 3.32 ERA in 21.2 IP, his worst Jul at a 9.68 ERA in 17.2 IP. The TDK LABS card had his rehab tracking well in late May, and by late Sep it had him shifted into bulk relief work for COL.
