Yohan RamírezPIT · RP

2026 review

Yohan Ramírez worked almost exclusively out of the Pittsburgh bullpen, making 66 appearances with just 1 start and running a 2.86 ERA and 1.19 WHIP in 85.0 IP, with a 28.2 K% and a 12.2 BB% over 362 BF, picking up 2 saves and 9 holds against 2 blown saves. He went on the paternity list Aug 14 and was activated Aug 17. Undrafted in NFBC drafts, he finished 254th of 1472 in the TDK LABS 5x5 value rank, and 45th of 575 relievers. His 2.86 ERA ran 0.46 below his 3.32 xERA over 362 BF. Against right-handed batters, opposing hitters managed just a .176/.276/.233 line over 181 PA, while against left-handed batters they hit .199/.357/.329 over 182 PA. His best month was Jul at a 0.77 ERA in 11.2 IP and his worst was May at a 9.24 ERA in 12.2 IP. Through the summer the TDK LABS card described him as a middle-inning arm working in a crowded pen, and by late Sep it was still framing him as a high-volume reliever whose mix had shifted through the year but who had not found a path to high-leverage work.
